I am a Professional Photographer who loves Pasta, chocolate and cheesecake! I was recently diagnosed with ADHD and am learning so much about it. I love all seasons and being from Minnesota you’d think I would be glad to be away from Winter ~ nope ~ I miss it! I love spending time with my husband, Dean, and our new fur-baby, Kiko! We love to be outdoors, often with my camera, of course, and during the winter you might just find me on the ski slope!

In addition to working with children, my background includes a diverse set of experiences in a variety of interests, including photography, music~ playing the guitar and handbells, sign language, and the great outdoors. I have over 25 years of experience in Christian Youth Group assisting, chaperoning and leading, over 30 years assisting leading and teaching children’s and youth retreats, and have also worked as a summer camp counselor. I studied Deaf Education through high school and while attending Augustana College, was active in high school Theater of the Deaf, and am fluent in American Sign Language (ASL). I received an Associates Degree in Architecture & Construction Technology. I am a Children and Teen and Outdoor Photographer with a Rocky Mountain School of Photography Certification, and a Volunteer Photographer with Now I Lay Me Down To Sleep (NILMDTS) and Special Olympics.

I have a great passion for being outdoors and helping children learn, explore, discover and feel valued. I am so excited to share in the learning and discovery and wonder of our questors as we explore and experience the farm and forest!
