WELCOME!

• Admission is made without regard to a child’s race, religion, color, creed, national or ethnic origin, family structure, or financial status.

• There is no fee to fill out the Enrollment Inquiry Form or join our waitlist.

• A $100.00 non-refundable registration fee per child is required prior to enrollment in any program.

• Registration fees are capped at $250 per family.

• A wait list will be created when maximum class size is met.

​REGISTRATION PROCEDURE

 

• Submit an Enrollment Inquiry Form and we reply by email to begin child registration.

• Enrollment is offered to current families in February, two weeks prior to open enrollment.

• Receipt of your $100 registration fee per child and a deposit equal to one month's tuition, along with registration paperwork, will secure your child's enrollment.

• A deposit equal to one month's tuition will be due upon admittance into a class. Should you choose to unenroll at any point prior to the last day of school, your deposit will be withheld if the space is not filled by a waitlisted student. Otherwise, your deposit will be applied to your last month's tuition. 

• We continue to take applications throughout the year to fill open spaces or to be added to our wait list.

PROGRAM TUITION

​

Tuition is a yearly fee which is paid monthly, September through May. We have limited full and partial scholarships available. A deposit equal to one month's tuition will be due upon admittance into a class. Tuition is due on the first of each month. Should you choose to unenroll at any point prior to the last day of school, your deposit will be withheld if the space is not filled by a waitlisted student. Otherwise, your deposit will be applied to your last month's tuition. Tuition includes all supplies and materials, and a complimentary school yearbook for families enrolled a minimum of five months.

Pay in Full: Receive 5% off total tuition when paid in full by September 1.

FarmTime Friendships: $5400 ($600 monthly for 9 months)

BarnYard Connections: $5400 ($600 monthly for 9 months)

NoonTides: $585/weekday of choice ($65/weekday of choice monthly for 9 months)

Farmers in Training: $1800 ($200 monthly for 9 months)

Nature-Based Academics: $1800 ($200 monthly for 9 months)

Wilderness Whimsy: $2970 ($330 monthly for 9 months)

Friends of the Forest: $2100 ($525 monthly for 4 months)

Wilderness Winter: $1240 ($248 monthly for 5 months)​

Wilderness Winter Drop in Rate: $45

• Receive 2.5% off of your tuition payments for the year for every family that you refer who enrolls for more than five months.

• Once our classes are full, we will add all interested parties to our waitlist. Should a spot open up for your child, we will contact you to continue the enrollment process. There is no fee to fill out the Enrollment Inquiry Form or join our waitlist.
