Ms. Bindi comes to us with a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, as well as a Graduate Gemologist degree from the Gemological Institute of America.  Bindi has an amazing attention to detail and creative sparkle which accompanies her experience as a diamond grader and jewelry maker.  

 

Growing up in a big family with siblings and lots of cousins, childcare comes natural to her. Motherhood steered Bindi towards many opportunities to be involved in her community including school volunteering, PTAs, chaperoning choir groups, and girl scouts. Bindi has many years of experience caring for children and teaching Art at the elementary school.  She has seen first hand how Art and Nature can add to the lives of children. Art allows children space to be creative and use their imaginations, and being outdoors teaches kids how to appreciate resources, and be responsible towards our planet.  She is passionate about creating self-sufficient learners and excited to be part of their explorations while learning alongside them.  

 

In her free time Bindi is passionate about recycling, zero waste and sustainability.  She loves creating, fixing and repurposing things. She also enjoys rain, coffee, beach combing, antiques and looking into diamonds and gemstones (through a microscope!!).
