Bindi Priyanka

Advising Mentor

Hi, my name is Bindi and I'm one of the mentors for the Wilderness Whimsy,Wonder Roots and Puddle Jumpers program here at Ashlar. This is my 4th year with Ashlar and I absolutely love what I do.

With over 20 years of both personal and professional experience of caring and mentoring children, I hold a Bachelor's Degree in business administration, am a Graduate Gemologist from GIA and a certified Nature-Based Educator. I have also completed various professional development courses in preschool/ nature based education, which has allowed me to understand the importance of play based learning and whole child development.

My goal as a teacher is to create an inclusive learning environment and inspire children to be curious, self motivated learners, appreciate nature and be responsible towards our planet.

I'm passionate about recycling, repurposing, nature based arts and crafts and I enjoy creating, fixing, trying new coffee shops & bakeries, go antiquing, and beach combing.
